ARTICLE XII: COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT POINTS/PARROT POINTS

 

OBJECTIVE:  To fairly assess the amount of club participation given by each club member.

 

[1] PHPB, Inc. will maintain a “Parrot Point system” to assess the amount of club membership participation.

 

[2] Parrot Points will be assessed as follows:
 [A] One (1) Parrot Point per PHPB sponsored Community Service Project.
 [B] 1/2 (0.5) Parrot Point per Community Service Project that a club member does in the name of   PHPB.
 [C] Club Officers & Committee Directors are awarded one (1) Parrot Point per concert season per position/committee for their continuous commitment to the organizational process.
 [D] One (1) Happy Hour point (Social point) per Happy Hour or other social event attended    sponsored by PHPB. (SEE ARTICLE V SECTION 2)

 

[3] Club Volunteers:
 [A] Each Committee Director will obtain and keep a record of the names of the club members who   participated in their assigned CSP or event.
 [B] That volunteer list will be forwarded with the DATE, TIME and NAME of the event to the clubs   designated Keeper of the Parrot Points in a timely manner.  
 [C] The Keeper of the Parrot Points or the PHIP Liaison will forward the PHPB PHC CSP participation list to PHIP, Inc. (SEE Club DISCLAIMER)
